Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Maintenance / General Services Personnel to join our team in Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are wellâmaintained, safe, and comfortable for occupants. You will perform routine inspections, carry out preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and address minor repairs swiftly to minimise downtime.
Your dayâtoâday responsibilities will also include maintaining cleanliness of common areas, managing waste disposal procedures, monitoring safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and emergency lighting, and keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels. You will liaise with contractors and service providers for specialized tasks, ensuring that work is completed to the required standards and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and minor repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of common areas, restrooms, and exterior premises.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment; reorder as needed.
- Respond promptly to tenant service requests and coordinate with external contractors for specialized work.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; maintain accurate logs and reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in general maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and recordâkeeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working independently or as part of a team.
