Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks for production machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment history, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventory.
- Assist in developing maintenance procedures, checklists, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and report maintenance performance metrics, including equipment availability and repair costs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with purchasing to ensure availability of critical spare parts and supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates; no prior work experience required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Preferably residing in or near Calamba City, Laguna.
