You will play a crucial role in maintaining building systems, addressing tenant concerns, and contributing to a positive living experience in our vibrant co-living communities. This position offers excellent growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of all facilities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and address issues within agreed service levels
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, including parts used and time spent on each task
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and scheduled maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times
- Assist in setting up and maintaining common areas, amenities, and unit turnovers
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations as required
Qualifications
- Minimum NITEC or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or commercial buildings
- Possess valid Singapore driving license is preferred
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing building systems and equipment
- Familiar with Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to interact professionally with residents and stakeholders
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and time management skills
