Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive hands-on exposure to various functional areas within the manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to understand end-to-end business processes and workflow.
- Assist in the analysis of operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Collaborate with regional teams to support business development and strategic planning initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Develop leadership and problem-solving skills through rotational assignments and mentorship programs.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university; fresh graduates or those with up to 1-2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
