Responsibilities
- Rotate across different departments to gain comprehensive understanding of business operations and functions
- Support senior management in strategic planning, execution, and performance monitoring
- Analyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
- Assist in budget preparation, resource allocation, and cost management initiatives
- Lead or support special projects and cross-functional team assignments
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management
- Contribute to business development activities and market research initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related discipline from a recognized university
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of working experience are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic projects, extracurricular activities, or prior work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
