Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional rotations to understand end-to-end manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Assist department managers in daily operational tasks, project monitoring, and workflow optimization.
- Collect, analyze, and report on production data to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve process bottlenecks and ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
- Support the implementation of new company-wide initiatives and continuous improvement projects (Kaizen/Lean).
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management to provide insights on operational performance.
- Maintain effective communication across production shifts to ensure operational alignment and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead small teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a factory environment and adapt to different shift patterns as required.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
