Responsibilities
- Execute rotational assignments across core business units (Operations, Finance, HR, Sales)
- Analyze operational processes and implement efficiency improvements
- Lead cross-functional projects under senior mentorship
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to management
- Participate in leadership workshops and soft-skills training
- Contribute to departmental KPI tracking and reporting
- Build professional network through executive shadowing
- Drive innovation in process optimization and cost reduction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (GPA ≥ 3.0)
- Maximum 2 years post-graduation experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa
- Proven leadership experience through campus activities or projects
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel for rotational assignments
