Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Insurance, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical services, underwriting support, or MGA management within the insurance industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of insurance principles, regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS guidelines), and risk management practices in Singapore.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Professional certifications such as CII, CERA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
