You will lead a high-performing team of technical specialists, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initial systems architecture and integration to post-deployment scaling. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AMR projects, including site assessment, system design, deployment, and optimization.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of robotics engineers and technicians to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate AMR software with existing WMS, ERP, and MES systems for seamless operational flow.
- Analyze performance metrics and system data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures for improved throughput.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and local regulatory requirements regarding autonomous machine operation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system training manuals for end-users.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for fleet upgrades and new capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in robotics, logistics automation, or warehouse systems integration.
- Proven track record in managing AMR or AGV deployment projects in industrial or warehouse environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in ROS (Robot Operating System), Python, C++, or similar robotics-focused languages.
- Solid understanding of SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) and fleet management software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for technical detail and operational safety.
