Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the assigned branch channel
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to maximize performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase market share
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk management standards
- Manage branch operations efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in banking or financial services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development success
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking management systems
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with Sabah's local market dynamics is an added advantage
