Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall broking strategy for Commercial, Specialty, Financial Lines, Marine, and Energy product lines.
- Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with key broker partners to drive business growth.
- Monitor broker performance, negotiate terms, and optimize commission structures to maximize profitability.
- Analyze market intelligence and broker feedback to recommend product enhancements and pricing adjustments.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless broker service.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and marketing materials to support brokers in promoting Income Insurance products.
- Prepare and present regular reports on broker performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with at least 3 years in a broker management or business development role.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products across multiple lines (e.g., property, casualty, marine, energy).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful broker partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., ACII, ARM) are highly desirable.
