Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive community health strategic plans aligned with national health priorities.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve seamless care integration across NUHS facilities and partner organisations.
- Analyse health data and community needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for programme enhancement.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community groups.
- Oversee budget allocation, resource planning, and costâeffectiveness monitoring for community health initiatives.
- Drive policy development and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on programme outcomes, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the community health team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health services management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, programme development, and community health initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problemâsolving, and dataâinterpretation skills with proficiency in health metrics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of influencing crossâfunctional teams.
- Inâdepth knowledge of Singaporeâs healthcare policies, regulatory frameworks, and funding mechanisms.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, with a track record of driving performance improvement and change management.
