Welty Indah Perkasa is seeking a highly motivated Manager of Human Resources & General Affairs (HRGA) to lead and oversee all HR and administrative functions for our Jakarta Barat operations. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring efficient general affairs management.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies, drive talent acquisition and retention strategies, and manage employee relations, compliance, and performance management programs. Additionally, you will supervise the general affairs team, overseeing facilities management, vendor relationships, and office administration to support seamless business operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, a deep understanding of Indonesian labor law, and strong leadership and communication skills. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, managing employee performance and appraisal systems, ensuring legal compliance, handling employee grievances, and leading the general affairs unit to guarantee efficient office operations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead endātoāend recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, performance appraisal, and career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal policies.
- Oversee general affairs, including facilities management, office administration, and vendor contracts.
- Prepare and control HR budgets, monitor HR metrics, and report to senior management.
- Drive organizational change and culture initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Inādepth knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with general affairs or office management is advantageous.
