Are you a visionary leader in the learning and development space? IBEX Global Solutions is seeking a dynamic Manager, Instructional Design to join our team in Mandaluyong City. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our learning landscape, steering the execution of high-impact instructional design initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end strategy, ranging from SBL (Scenario-Based Learning) rollouts to cutting-edge e-learning implementations that drive performance and employee engagement across our global operations.
We are looking for a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of adult learning principles and modern digital learning technologies. As a leader, you will mentor a team of designers, oversee quality assurance, and collaborate with key stakeholders to align learning solutions with organizational KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of innovative training programs and curriculum for diverse audiences.
- Oversee the successful rollout of Scenario-Based Learning (SBL) initiatives to improve operational performance.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of e-learning solutions, including LMS management and digital content creation.
- Mentor and guide a team of instructional designers, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure all interventions align with business objectives.
- Establish quality assurance standards for all instructional materials and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to streamline onboarding and continuous professional development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in instructional design, preferably within a BPO or corporate training environment.
- Strong expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar rapid e-learning software.
- Proven track record in project management, specifically regarding curriculum rollout and strategic execution.
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and digital learning trends.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage high-performing creative teams.
- Superior communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
