Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies for real estate portfolios
- Oversee asset management activities including leasing, operations, and maintenance
- Lead development projects from feasibility studies through to completion
- Conduct market research and identify new investment opportunities
- Manage relationships with stakeholders including investors, tenants, and partners
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate asset management, investment, or development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of managing complex real estate projects
- Knowledge of Singapore's real estate market and regulatory environment
- Professional certifications such as MRICS or CFA are advantageous
- Experience with property management software and financial modeling tools
