As we accelerate our digital transformation journey, we are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager (Digital & Smart Service Development) to shape the future of patientācentric services.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the endātoāend development and rollout of digital and smart service solutions that enhance clinical workflows, improve patient experience, and drive operational excellence. By leveraging data analytics, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT), youāll design scalable platforms that connect patients, staff, and partners across the hospital ecosystem.
You will work closely with senior leadership, clinical teams, and IT to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, ensuring that each initiative aligns with regulatory standards and delivers measurable impact. This position offers the chance to influence the next generation of healthcare delivery in a collaborative, forwardāthinking environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and implementation of digital and smart service solutions across the hospital.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process automation and dataādriven innovation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring onātime delivery and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, cloud) to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, preparing reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health guidelines, data privacy standards, and IT governance frameworks.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, service design, or project management within a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of delivering largeāscale digital initiatives on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, data security, and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) is advantageous.
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, or cloud platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fastāpaced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
