Responsibilities
- Oversee terminal operations to ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance passenger experience through facility management and service optimization
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and regulatory bodies for smooth terminal operations
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks for terminal activities and passenger services
- Manage terminal resources including amenities, facilities, and staff allocation
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and performance metrics
- Train and mentor terminal operations staff on compliance procedures and service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in airport operations, terminal management, or aviation compliance
- Proven expertise in regulatory compliance (CAAM, ICAO) and safety management systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of passenger handling procedures, airport infrastructure, and service standards
- Proficiency in operational management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
