Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for manufacturing initiatives, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain, QA) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance against KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement by applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring materials and services meet quality and delivery expectations.
- Facilitate communication between teams and external partners to resolve technical or operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent is highly desirable.
