Responsibilities
- Operate automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform precision manual assembly and micro-soldering of electronic components.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections and quality audits using microscopes and testing equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records, including yield data and equipment logs.
- Monitor production flow to meet daily output targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and 5S workplace organization standards.
- Report equipment malfunctions or material defects to the technical supervisor promptly.
- Assist in the training of new team members on basic assembly and operation tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of SPM/STPM or a Professional Certificate/Diploma in any Engineering field.
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, or assembly environments is highly preferred.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work comfortably with small components under a microscope.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and technical documentation.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based rotation (including morning, afternoon, or night shifts).
- Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and monitoring production software.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
