Responsibilities
- Assemble complex product components according to technical drawings, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct rigorous functional testing and quality inspections on finished units to ensure zero-defect delivery.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production uptime.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the assembly process, including test results and quality checklists.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
- Adhere to all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines, including proper use of PPE and hazardous material handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles to ensure a safe and productive environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a high-precision manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Proven ability to interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and complex work instructions.
- Proficiency with hand tools, torque drivers, and basic electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to handle delicate components with precision.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict contamination control protocols.
