Responsibilities

  • Respond to equipment, yield, and process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to GMP standards.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Document actions, non‑conformance reports, and process changes in the quality management system.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot root causes and improve yields.
  • Support continuous improvement projects, training, and onboarding of operators.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality systems.
  • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and basic data analysis.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
