Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production output and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to prevent downtime and extend equipment life.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and environmental regulations.
- Document production data, machine logs, and maintenance records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with the support of the engineering team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including 5S compliance.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 2-year Technical Vocational Course related to Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology.
- Minimum of 6 months of working experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in operating machinery and performing basic repairs or maintenance.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced, manufacturing setting.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.
