Responsibilities
- Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Perform quality checks and inspections on manufactured products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Monitor production processes and equipment performance during the night shift
- Maintain cleanroom standards and follow safety protocols consistently
- Document production activities, equipment status, and any issues in daily reports
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow lean manufacturing principles
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent education
- Willingness to work night shifts in a manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of equipment operation and technical processes
- Attention to detail with strong quality awareness
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
