Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and assembly lines to meet output targets.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S workplace standards.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and waste reduction initiatives.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Support quality inspections and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications
- GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent; recent graduates welcome.
- Good manual dexterity and physical fitness to handle light‐to‐moderate tasks.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and health practices.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adaptability to a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic English language proficiency (written and spoken).
- Prior exposure to manufacturing or technical environments is a plus, but not required.
