Responsibilities
- Perform precise assembly of semiconductor components according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Execute build processes and ensure all hardware configurations meet technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality checks on completed units to identify defects or deviations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Document production data, test results, and inventory logs accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues during the production cycle.
- Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Good team player with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting production deadlines.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
