Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the steel ropes and marine infrastructure sector.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across the marine, offshore, and construction industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, engineers, and project managers.
- Conduct professional presentations and provide technical advice on steel rope applications and infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, manage the sales pipeline, and report on market trends and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with internal logistics and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive value.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or business development, specifically within the marine, offshore, or heavy engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge of steel ropes, rigging, or maritime infrastructure materials is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into value-driven solutions for clients.
- Self-motivated professional with a valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct site visits.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
