Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule material requirements to support production targets while minimizing inventory holding costs.
- Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
- Analyze production schedules to identify potential bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including production, warehousing, and quality control, to streamline supply chain workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory data and generate regular reports on material usage and variances.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain visibility and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols in all planning activities.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and forecast demand accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing supply chain challenges.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
