Beo Holding is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Driver to join our executive transport team based in Pandamaran, Selangor. In this key role you will be responsible for safely and punctually transporting the Managing Director and other senior executives to a variety of engagements, including board meetings, client appointments, and corporate events throughout the Klang Valley region.
Your day‑to‑day duties will include planning efficient routes, monitoring real‑time traffic conditions, and ensuring the vehicle is immaculate and road‑worthy before each departure. You will be expected to maintain a spotless driving record, adhere strictly to Malaysian traffic regulations, and demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times.
The ideal candidate possesses an in‑depth knowledge of Selangor and Greater Kuala Lumpur road networks, excellent time‑management skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. In addition to driving, you may be asked to assist with light errands such as document pickups, supply runs, or coordination with the executive assistant for schedule updates.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate company‑owned vehicles to transport the Managing Director, senior executives, and guests on time.
- Plan optimal routes, monitor traffic conditions, and adjust schedules as needed to ensure punctuality.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct routine checks (fuel, tire pressure, oil, etc.) before each trip.
- Ensure strict adherence to traffic regulations, company policies, and a zero‑accident record.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, respecting privacy and professional boundaries.
- Coordinate with the executive assistant for itinerary updates, meeting reminders, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with light errands, such as picking up documents or supplies, as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal or executive driver.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) with a clean traffic violation record.
- Good knowledge of Selangor and Greater Kuala Lumpur road networks.
- Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to handle minor roadside issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in defensive driving is a plus.
