Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized financial plans for clients based on their life goals and risk appetite.
- Provide professional consultation regarding AIA Philippines' portfolio of life, health, and investment products.
- Actively prospect and build a professional network to expand your client base.
- Conduct virtual client presentations and financial wellness workshops.
- Maintain high levels of client engagement and provide regular portfolio reviews.
- Continuously upgrade your professional knowledge through AIA’s world-class training programs.
- Maintain compliance with the insurance industry’s ethics, regulations, and sales standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in any industry (financial services is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in using digital collaboration and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Residing in or near Bacolod City.
- Willingness to pursue professional certification and aim for MDRT accreditation.
