Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day M&E installation activities on construction sites.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site personnel to ensure efficient resource allocation and control.
- Review M&E drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and prepare detailed reports for project management teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control protocols.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide effective solutions to prevent project delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software and resource management tools.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex M&E blueprints and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a high level of technical proficiency.
