Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Medical Affairs department and its leadership.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, minutes, and presentation materials.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of medical documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
- Maintain and organize departmental files, records, and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, researchers, legal, regulatory) and external partners (e.g., vendors, medical professionals).
- Support the tracking of medical projects, budgets, and timelines, escalating potential issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant hospital policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all Medical Affairs activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, life sciences, nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role within a healthcare setting, preferably in medical affairs or a hospital environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with database management.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Lucena City, Quezon or surrounding areas.
