Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, physical examinations, and clinical assessments.
- Accurately diagnose acute and chronic illnesses and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Provide health education, preventive care advice, and support for patient wellness.
- Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic workflow and patient flow.
- Manage referrals to specialists and diagnostic services as required.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to uphold medical standards.
Qualifications
- Possess a recognized medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent).
- Full registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-housemanship clinical experience in general practice or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Chinese dialects is highly regarded).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare setting.
