Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the sales of surgical disposables within assigned territories (Klang Valley & Perak).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre nurses, and hospital procurement departments.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and training to clinical staff to ensure optimal product usage.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of competitor activities and industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports and participate in regional team meetings to review progress and strategy.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Biotechnology, Nursing, Science, or a related medical field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a clinical environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for regular travel across Klang Valley and Perak.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; proficiency in other local dialects is an added advantage.
