Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in your assigned territory.
- Deliver accurate and up-to-date product information, including indications, dosage, and clinical data, through one-on-one presentations and group meetings.
- Achieve sales targets and market share objectives by implementing effective territory management and promotional strategies.
- Identify and prospect new accounts, while nurturing existing ones to maximize revenue potential.
- Organize and conduct product seminars, medical lectures, and other educational events for healthcare providers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback; provide regular reports to the sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or any related medical/science field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred but fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to build rapport and negotiate with healthcare professionals at various levels.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Batangas and nearby areas.
- Strong time management skills and proficiency in using CRM tools or sales reporting software.
