Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct professional product presentations to explain the benefits, clinical applications, and features of our pharmaceutical portfolio.
- Analyze territory trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned product lines.
- Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM tools.
- Attend medical conventions, conferences, and training seminars to stay updated on industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or any related healthcare/business course.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales capacity is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a territory effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital sales reporting tools.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage for territory coverage.
