Responsibilities
- Promote and sell laboratory diagnostic products to healthcare providers in Makassar and surrounding areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and lab technicians.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Gather competitor and market intelligence to support pricing and promotional strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and regional sales meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, or a related life science field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare marketing.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory diagnostics and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Sulawesi Selatan region.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle preferred.
