In this role, you will be the bridge between our innovative medical solutions and healthcare professionals.
You will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive portfolio of products, including Oral medications, Injectables, Antibiotics, and OGB (Original Generic Branded) products. We are seeking a candidate who excels in relationship management, possesses strong persuasive skills, and is dedicated to achieving sales targets while upholding the highest ethical standards of the medical field.
Responsibilities
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to Doctors, Pharmacists, and Hospital procurement teams.
- Create and sustain consistent demand for the Dexa Medica product portfolio.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product efficacy, dosages, and clinical applications.
- Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular, accurate sales reports and feedback to regional management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience as a Medical Representative is a plus.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong integrity, target-oriented mindset, and high self-motivation.
- Deep understanding of the Medan healthcare ecosystem and local medical networks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
