Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our client's growing healthcare team in Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, specialists, and hospital staff, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively present product features and benefits to medical professionals. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets, develop territory plans, and identify new business opportunities within the Simpang Ampat and surrounding Penang regions.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, specialists, and hospital staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and existing clients
- Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Provide technical product information and support to healthcare customers
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns
- Prepare sales reports, territory forecasts, and competitor analysis
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Penang region
- Knowledge of medical products and healthcare industry is advantageous
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered
