Responsibilities
- Drive sales of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across Kuala Lumpur
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for medical staff
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the assigned territory
- Provide technical product information and support to customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of medical device products and healthcare market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Kuala Lumpur region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and procurement processes is a plus
