Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute field sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Promote GetMEDS healthcare products to physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities through in-person visits, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and clinical information to medical professionals, addressing questions and objections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers; manage follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM, track visits, opportunities, and forecast future performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to implement targeted campaigns and educational programs for clients.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity; provide feedback to improve product positioning and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all field activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred (1–3 years).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong network within the healthcare sector in the region and the ability to build new relationships quickly.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory; comfortable with field-based work.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office; data-driven with good reporting habits.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
