Job Description

Medvantage Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team in Kuching, Sarawak. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative medical products to healthcare professionals across hospitals and clinics, ensuring consistent brand presence and driving revenue growth in the East Malaysian market.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and procurement teams, while delivering compelling product presentations and handling customer inquiries. The ability to travel across Sarawak and Sabah is essential, as you will manage a designated territory and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across Sarawak and Sabah.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision‑makers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for medical staff.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on performance metrics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Manage inventory, sales documentation, and CRM entries accurately.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
