In this role, you will promote and sell our portfolio of medical products—including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare solutions—to physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
We offer a competitive base salary of ₱15,000 – ₱18,000 per month, plus attractive commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory targets in Baguio and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Present and demonstrate medical products, highlighting clinical benefits and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct product training sessions and provide educational materials to healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation using CRM tools.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote company products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and support product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare products.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand complex medical information and convey it effectively to diverse audiences.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and territory planning abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Baguio City, Benguet.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
