Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
- Effectively present and promote medical products to potential and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical staff.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, and lead pipelines in the company CRM.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle high-pressure sales environments.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Willingness to travel within the Quezon City and Metro Manila area as required.
- Resilient personality with a hunger for hitting ambitious sales targets.
