Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for medical products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and educational sessions on medical innovations
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Metro Manila
- Deep understanding of Philippine healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements
