Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and clinic administrators
- Promote and demonstrate Menarini's innovative medical products with evidence-based scientific information
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, product training, and promotional events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launch and market penetration
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
