Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional healthcare developments.
- Manage territory coverage effectively, including routine visits to clinics and hospitals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in a medical sales career are encouraged to apply.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for regional travel within Johor.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin (for multi-lingual customer engagement) is an advantage.
