Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the Sarawak territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders in the medical community.
- Conduct product presentations and clinical demonstrations to promote Grand W&D's pharmaceutical portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage the sales territory efficiently, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-ups on leads.
- Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and professional networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology, or related scientific fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is preferred.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport are essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage a demanding schedule in the field.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software.
