You will be the face of our brand, responsible for converting leads into loyal members through consultative selling and personalized service. Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential members via phone, email, and in-person interactions to introduce membership benefits and packages.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to understand prospects’ lifestyle preferences and recommend tailored membership solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and member interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist existing members with renewals, upgrades, and inquiries to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute membership drives, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at off-site events, roadshows, and networking functions to expand brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline; degree preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or membership consultation (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills may apply).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Must be willing to travel islandwide for client meetings and events.
