Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for a diverse client base.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services, ensuring client safety and appropriate referral pathways.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
- Must be a Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) or Registered Psychometrician.
- At least 1–2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or clinical setting is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of psychological testing, DSM-5 criteria, and therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in Manila City.
