Join Shopee's dynamic Operations team as an MFM Transport Coordinator – a pivotal role within SPX Express, our dedicated logistics arm. In this position, you will be the key facilitator of seamless transport operations, overseeing the end-to-end coordination of multi-fleet movements, route optimization, and real-time shipment tracking. You will collaborate closely with warehouse, customer service, and external carriers to ensure that every parcel reaches its destination on time and in perfect condition. Located in our Pasig hub (C5, Bagong Ilog) but reporting within the Singapore regional framework, you will enjoy cross-border exposure and the chance to implement best practices across markets. Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules for multiple fleets, ensuring optimal route alignment and on-time performance.
- Monitor real-time shipment status, proactively resolving exceptions such as delays, damages, or capacity constraints.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to synchronize loading, unloading, and inventory handover processes.
- Analyze transport data (cost per kilometer, delivery success rates, fuel consumption) to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, negotiating rates and service level agreements.
- Generate performance reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting KPIs and improvement areas.
- Support the implementation of new transport technology solutions (e.g., TMS, GPS tracking) to enhance visibility and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all transport operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport coordination, fleet management, or last-mile operations (e-commerce logistics preferred).
- Proven ability to analyze data using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools; experience with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable dealing with drivers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated track record of process improvement and cost reduction in a logistics environment.
- Familiarity with Singapore and regional logistics regulations, customs procedures, and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational setting, including occasional weekends or shift adjustments.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin or other Southeast Asian languages is advantageous for cross-border coordination.
